We are pleased to offer free ground shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $74.99. Orders shipped within the U.S. that are less than $74.99 are charged a flat shipping rate of $4.99. Returns
All purchases handled by FORE HEALTH are protected by manufacturer warranty. Please email admin@forehealth.co to contact the manufacturer regarding all warranty issues.

Any damaged or defective purchases a customer receives from FORE HEALTH are eligible for replacement or customer reimbursement at the company’s discretion when the customer notifies FORE HEALTH within 30 calendar days after receipt of the item. Please email admin@forehealth.co to obtain a return confirmation number for damaged or defective items and instructions on how to complete the return. NOTE: Items returned without a return confirmation number WILL NOT be refunded or replaced.
Because our items are offered in fixed quantities, we DO NOT accept product returns for buyer’s remorse. We apologize for any inconvenience.
